As we continued driving north from the fortress,
we made a turn onto what our map referred to as "Road, other." We encountered
this herd of goats and later found out that we had been off-roading on an under-construction
golf course. I hope St Kitts remains as undeveloped as it was when we were there,
but things like this make me doubt it.
